Alternative pop singer-songwriter and producer Rian Brazil is carving out his own lane. With his intuitive creative process, which prioritizes fluid artistry and organic exploration over rules, the artist crafts songs that can span everything from rave-inflected dance tracks, to alternative rap and spoken world, to earnest, piano-bound ballads. After years traversing the musical underground in his hometown of Brighton, the artist relocated to London and kickstarted his career with a residency at the now-shuttered members’ club Laylow. After independently releasing his music on social media, he went on to introduce himself as a solo artist with his four-track EP People like u in 2025.
