With the festival just around the corner, some people are saying they’d “give a kidney” for a ticket. That’s impossible, for good reasons. But it got us thinking, sign ups for the National Organ Registry have decreased by over 30% in recent years.
So we will now release the Kidney Pass, a chance to get a 3-day pass by signing up and thereby show interest in post mortem-organ donation. It’s not giving your kidney for a ticket, but sort of. It simply means you’re open to the idea of your organs being used for donation in the event of your death. Because one day, your kidney could save a life, when you’re done using it.
