Joel (Philip Oros) has finally managed to secure a place in a nursing home for his mother Monika (Anki Lidén), who is weakened and confused after a stroke. But once she moves in, her condition quickly deteriorates even further. And something frightening and all too familiar haunts her at night. Hemmet (The Home) is based on Mats Strandberg’s (known for The Conference, The Ferry, The Circle) acclaimed horror novel. The cast also includes Gizem Erdogan and Lily Wahlsteen.
