Located at area Lilla Dammen, you will find some of Gothenburg’s most exciting chefs – serving one plant based signature dish each. Come hungry!
Gnocchi with grana padano, aspargus, sugar snaps, red pointed cabbage.
Butter halloumi. Classic indian stew with fried halloumi, rice, green chili pickles, mayo – topped with red onion, cilantro and roasted almond.
Berbere stew. Chickpeas, sweet potato topped with a fresh salad made of cucumber, mint and cilantro.
Handmade corn tortilla, roasted sweetpotato, refried beans, salsa guajuillo, Pico de gallo, vegan feta cheese, pumpkinseeds, cilantro.
Chantarelle croquett with mayo, parmeggian, pickled salad.
No beef burger. Potato bun, Swedish cheddar, dill pickled cucumber, onion and dijonnaise.
