For the Swedish audience, Timbuktu needs no further introduction. Jason ’Timbuktu’ Diakté is one the country’s most respected and beloved hip-hop artists and has been so ever since he exploded onto the scene in 1996. On Saturday, he’ll perform in Slottsskogen together with the relentlessly funky Harlem group The Rakiem Walker Project, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the classic album “Alla vill himmelen men ingen vill dö”. Come night time, the party will continue with Timbuktu taking over Jacy’z together with DJ Large and Esta Kirabo as well as a few secret guests.
