Way Out West is a festival for everyone, and we are committed to making it accessible to all. If you need an accessibility ticket, you can purchase one here or search for Accessibility tickets on Ticketmaster. The price is the same as a regular ticket. If you have special needs and need to bring a companion or caregiver, they can accompany you free of charge. Please make sure to bring a certification for your needs.

If you need to switch companions during the festival, that’s absolutely fine. When one companion leaves the area, another companion can enter and take over. Please go to the Ticket Service tent, located at the Ticket Exchange outside of the festival area, and they will help you.

At our main site in Slottsskogen, accessibility ramps are available at all stages. Several accessible toilets are also located throughout the festival grounds. You can find these at the map (available in the Way Out West app).

While most restaurants and facilities are wheelchair-friendly, please note that the natural terrain of the park may make some areas more challenging to access, especially during peak hours.

Stay Out West is located at clubs around Gothenburg. All of them are wheelchair-friendly to some degree as they operate year-round. Please contact us in advance if you have specific questions that concerns a certain venue.

When and where is Way Out West 2025?

Way Out West will take place in Slottsskogen and around central Gothenburg between August 7-9 2025. The main site is located at Slottsskogen. The easiest way to find the entrance is to aim for Linnéplatsen – either by foot, bike or tram.

What are the available ticket options?
Several ticket categories are sold out. These categories are completely sold out and will not be restocked. As the last 1-day tickets are selling extremely fast, the most up to date ticket status can be found here.

What are the age limits at Way Out West?

The age limit at Way Out West is 13+ for Youth tickets, and 18+ for Standard tickets.

Government guidelines for sound levels in Sweden recommend that persons under 13 years of age should not be exposed to the high sound pressure levels that can be experienced at festivals and concerts. You must therefore be over 13 years of age to attend Way Out West (this includes toddlers with hearing protection too). To enter the bar areas where alcohol is served, and all of the Stay Out West venues + Stage Dungen you must be over 18 years of age (it is a good idea to bring photo-ID if you are under 30).

I’m under 18. Can I buy a Standard ticket?

No, age verification is required when exchanging your ticket for a wristband.

I’m under 18. Can I attend with a Standard ticket if I’m accompanied by my legal guardian?

No, you must be 18 or older to use a Standard ticket, regardless of who you’re with.

Opening hours for the Ticket to wristband-exchange:

You must exchange your ticket to a wristband at the festival entrance at Linnéplatsen before you can enter the festival site or attend any Stay Out West shows.

We recommend everyone who has the possibility to, to exchange their ticket as early as possible – Wednesday is recommended – to minimize queues. Bring your ticket in your phone. Make sure the screen is not broken, as it needs to be able to be scanned properly.

Please note, the tickets are not personal but once the festival wristband is on your wrist it cannot be transferred to someone else. You cannot collect a wristband for someone else as the wristband is put on the wrist at the wristband exchange.

Approx 30-60 minutes before the festival opens; visitation starts. This is to be able to let as many as possible into the festival immediately when doors open.

Do you have a schedule for the festival?

What stages do I have access to with a Youth ticket (13-17 years)?

All acts playing stages Flamingo, Azalea, Linné and Höjden can be attended if you’re under 18 (that includes almost all of the bigger acts on our lineup). With a Youth ticket you can not access Dungen Stage (in Slottsskogen) and our Stay Out West program (clubs around Gothenburg after the main festival site closes).

Can I bring a bag to Way Out West 2025?

Yes! Due to the annulation of the Swedish Police Authority’s bag ban policy, all visitors may now bring a bag to Way Out West. The bag needs to be within the following measurements 40 x 40 x 20, and will be thoroughly searched upon entrance.

Do you offer lockers at Way Out West?

Yes! Even though there is no bag ban at this year’s festival, sometimes you need a secure place to store your stuff. Therefore we’re offering a variety of lockers this year, both inside and outside of the festival area and for different durations. These are open to pre-book right now, click the link HERE to secure yours!

What to bring to the festival?

Bag within the measurements 40x40x20 cm (due to the annulation of the Swedish Police Authority’s bag ban policy, all visitors may now bring a bag to Way Out West. All bags will be thoroughly searched upon entrance)
Empty water bottle (Aluminum or plastic with a lid is allowed. Refill it at the water stations marked on the festival map)

What is Stay Out West?

Stay Out West is Way Out Wests club program (age limit 18+) that opens up in different areas/clubs around Gothenburg when the festival area in Slottsskogen closes. If you are over 18, these gigs are included in the festival pass. You can not buy a single ticket for Stay Out West only. Stay Out West clubs have a limited capacity so please be there in time if there’s a specific act you want to see. In our app we continuously update if the clubs are full or not.

Fest Quest presented by VISA in the Way Out West app

1 GENERAL

1.1 These Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) sets out the details of and terms and conditions for the [VISA QUEST] (the “Prize Promotion”) being run by Live Nation Sweden AB, with company registration number 556417-1659, and registered address Box 24151, 104 51 Stockholm, Sweden (“Our”, “Us” and “We”). The Prize Promotion is organized in collaboration with VISA.

1.2 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out whocan enter the Prize Promotion, how the Prize Promotion will be run, available Prizes and the circumstances in which We may withhold all or part of any Prize and/or disqualify you. By submitting an entry for the Prize Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments or cancellations to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Prize Promotion Page (as defined below).

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Our privacy policy, accessible at http://www.livenation.se/privacy-old, which governs how We may use the data We collect from you.

1.4 The Prize Promotion will run through the festival website, www.jebbit.com (the “Prize Promotion Page”) but may be accessible from the festivals app and promoted on social media.

1.5 We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Promotion if your entry or any comment from you on our Facebook Page, Twitter Page and/or Instagram Page is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, offensive, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, corporation or entity or if We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

2 ELIGIBILITY

2.1 To enter the Prize Promotion you must:

(a) be resident in Sweden; and participant of Way Out West festival 2025

(b) be able to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and

(c) be at least 18 years old.

2.2 You must not be an employee, agent or a director of, or a member of the family of an employee, agent or director of:

(a) Us or any of Our associated companies or subsidiaries; or

(b) any advertising agency or web company connected with Us.

2.3 You may only make one entry to each task in the Prize Promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

3 THE PRIZE PROMOTION AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The Prize Promotion will commence on [01/08/25] at [10:00] and end on [09/08/25] at [10:00] (“Prize Promotion Period”). Task 1 will be available starting Thursday, August 31, one week before the festival. The remaining badges will become available on Thursday, August 7. All badges are available between August 7–9.

3.2 Entries to the Prize Promotion must be received by Us during the Prize Promotion Period. Any entries which are received outside the Prize Promotion Period will not be considered regardless of the reason.

3.3 To enter the Prize Promotion, you have to Collect various badges using the Fest Quest gamification module of the festival app. Prizes will be given out for certain badges, and for collecting all the badges. You receive more specific information in the Prize Promotion Page, but in general the Prize Promotion consists of five different tasks for which a badge can be collected which each (except task 3) contain the possibility to win a prize,

1. complete a quiz in the app;

2. locate and scan a VISA-branded QR code to complete a quiz in the app;

3. take a photo and upload it through the app;

4. play the mini golf game at the Visa area and then scan a QR code to complete the task;

and

5. scan a QR code at the Visa Creators Lounge to receive a quick personal color analysis

to complete the task.

Once you have completed all five tasks, you are automatically entered into the grand prize draw (Prize six).

3.4 There is no charge to enter the Prize Promotion (except the demand to have a valid ticket to Way Out West festival 2025); however, standard mobile data and internet connection charges may apply.

3.5 We shall be entitled to disqualify any entry which We believe (i) has been copied from elsewhere; (ii) is defamatory, indecent or violates any third party’s rights, is offensive, unlawful, obscene, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, promotes political positions or actions, encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law or is otherwise inappropriate, or contains advertisements or solicitations of business; (iii) includes false or misleading information; or (iv) otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions. In particular, if we have grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry or establishing multiple accounts in order to gain multiple entries), We reserve the right (in Our sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person We reasonably believe to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

3.6 We cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the Prize Promotion which We do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused.In addition, We cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of entry or submission will not be proof of receipt by Us.

4 SELECTION OF WINNER

4.1 There are the following number of prizes available and their value

Prize 1 – Ticket upgrades x2. Value = 3300 SEK

Prize 2 – Food voucher x10. Value = 168 SEK

Prize 3 – Selfie shown on stage screens and at the Visa Creators Lounge screen. Value = money can’t buy experience.

Prize 4 – Soft drink voucher x10. Value = 73 SEK

Prize 5 – A ticket for Way Out West festival in 2026 x3. Value = 2500 SEK

Prize 6 – View an artist from the stage x6. Value = money can’t buy experience

4.2 You can win a prize if you have completed a task and managed to fulfil the requirements

specified at the Prize Promotion Page. If more participants than you have completed and

fulfilled the task, the winners will be selected by an independent person at random (“Winner”). That is, if there are 100 entries having all correct answers, the Winners will be randomly selected from these entries.

4.3 If you are a Winner of the Prize Promotion, you will be notified during the Prize Promotion Period through the email or phone number provided by you when submitting your entry or in person at the VISA activation

The Winner of task 1 will be notified [07/08/25] no later than [2:30 pm] on the first festival day. The prize can be collected at the VISA booth until [4:30 pm] the same day.

The Winner of task 2 will be notified by text message, at [6:00 pm] each day between [07/08/25] and [09/08/25]. The prize can be collected at the VISA booth right after the text message is received and until the end of each festival day.

The Winner of task 3 will have their photo shown on the stage screens and at the Visa Creators Lounge Screen; winners will not be notified.

The Winner of task 4 will be notified immediately after playing the Visa mini golf. The prize can be collected at the VISA booth right after completing the task.

The Winner of task 5 will be notified by email, at [6:00 pm] each day between [07/08/25] and [09/08/25]. This email will request completion of contact details, which must be provided within 24 hours.

The Winner of task 6 will be notified 2 hours before the designated prize redemption time and will be instructed to visit the VISA booth within 30 minutes of receiving this notification. Please note that if you do not respond we reserve the right to select a different Winner.

4.4 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and Winners. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and Winner and Prizes may be withheld unless and until We are satisfied with the verification. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize. If you fail to comply with this clause 4.4, we reserve the right to select another Winner.4.5 You may need to pay taxes on any winnings in the competition. 5 PRIZE

5.1 The Winner is entitled to receive one of the following prizes dependent on which badge they have completed. On the Prize Promotion Period you will see which badge that qualifies you for which prize.

5.2 There are no Prize substitutions, and the Prize is not transferable (except for prize 1 if the

winner already has an upgrade ticket) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.3 Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to a Winner the whole or any part of the Prize, We shall have the right to decide on, and substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which We reasonably nominate.

5.4 The details of the Prize will be displayed in the festival Fest Quest app.

6 WINNER

6.1 If you win a competition, we may use your name and image on our social media, in the Fest Quest app, our website and similar, for publicity of the Prize Promotion and in such promotional materials as We see fit. Any publication is made now or in the future from EU. You can object to the publication at any time, and we will in such case not share your personal data.

7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering the Prize Promotion (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in the Prize Promotion.

7.2 We shall not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of Our breach of these Terms and Conditions unless those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and Us at the date you enter the Prize Promotion.

7.3 For the avoidance of doubt, We shall not be liable to you, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise in connection with the Prize Promotion for:

(a) loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings or loss of data; or

(b) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or

(c) any special or indirect or consequential losses,

However caused.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Our liability:

(a) for death or personal injury resulting from Our negligence or a deliberate act or omission of Us or any of Our officers, employees or agents;

(b) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(c) to the extent that liability cannot by law be excluded or limited.

7.5 We shall not be liable for any damages or losses as a result of failure by Us to deliver the Prize Promotion, Prize or any other prizes as a result of any circumstances outside of Our direct and reasonable control including, but not limited to, as a result of a server failure (including but not limited to access delays or interruptions, data non-delivery or mis-delivery), any act(s) of God, war or terrorism, pandemics and/or epidemics and restrictions related thereto, breaches of security or unauthorised use of personal data arising from hacking and/or failure or lack of reception of telephone or mobile telephone networks.

7.6 Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall affect any statutory rights which you may be entitled to as a consumer.

8 YOUR PERSONAL DATA

8.1 Your personal data shall be used solely in accordance with the current data protection legislation and in accordance with Our privacy policy (available here: http://www.livenation.se/privacy-old). Our use of the personal data We collect from you. We will collect your name, e-mail and phone number for the purpose of being able to contact you if you are selected a Winner. We will store your data until all Prizes have been collected.

9 GOVERNING LAW

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish Law and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts with Stockholm District Court as court of first instance, meaning that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Terms and Conditions in Sweden or in the EU country in which you reside. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the EU, you additionally enjoy protection under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. You may also use the alternative dispute resolution process provided by the Swedish General Complaints Board (Sw. Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se or an equivalent institution available in your country of residence.
