Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANIZER

The promotion "The Real Fake Tickets" (the "Promotion") is organized by Lugerinc AB, organizer of Way Out West ("Way Out West", the "Organizer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and confirm that they satisfy all eligibility requirements.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of countries where participation is permitted by applicable law who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating, entrants represent and warrant that their participation is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. EXCLUDED PERSONS

Employees of the Organizer, its affiliated companies, partners, agencies, jury members, and their immediate family members (including spouse, partner, children, parents, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.

5. RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry suspected of fraud, misconduct, manipulation of the Promotion process, or violation of these Official Rules.

All decisions regarding disqualification are final and not subject to appeal.

6. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control or otherwise make the Promotion impractical or impossible to conduct.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote the Promotion.

8. FINAL DECISIONS

In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, participation, interpretation of these Official Rules, judging, or any other matter relating to the Promotion, the Organizer's decision shall be final and binding.

9. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Entries must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Entries may not:

• Contain unlawful material;
• Contain hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content;
• Contain pornographic or sexually explicit material;
• Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights;
• Include copyrighted material without permission;
• Include personal data relating to third parties without their consent;
• Contain content that the Organizer considers offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these requirements.

10. LICENSE TO USE ENTRIES

By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, publicity, and commercial purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

11. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on 24 June 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 8 July 2026 at 23:59, based on Swedish local time (Central European Summer Time (CEST), UTC+2).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

12. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Promotion, participants must visit wayoutwest.se/realfaketickets, complete the entry form, and upload material relating to an experience involving fraudulent, counterfeit, or invalid concert tickets.

Examples of acceptable materials include screenshots, receipts, correspondence, ticket images, or similar content.

Participants must ensure that submitted materials do not contain personal information relating to third parties unless such information has been removed or the necessary consent has been obtained.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a participant's chances of winning.

13. JUDGING

This is a skill-based competition. Winners will not be selected by random draw.

Entries will be evaluated by a jury appointed by the Organizer based on the following criteria:

• Originality
• Storytelling
• Credibility

The jury's decisions are final and binding and may not be appealed.

14. WINNERS

Ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

If your story earns you a Real Fake Ticket, documenting your Way Out West experience through video and/or photos that we can share across our channels is a required part of participating. We'd love for you to capture and share your experience in your own way, and share your unique perspective of the festival.

15. PRIZE

Each winner will receive: Two (2) Way Out West 3-Day Festival Passes.

Approximate retail value: SEK 3,495 per pass, including VAT.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative goods or services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, travel, transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, and any other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

16. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted via email using the contact details provided with their entry. No later than 30 July 2026.

If a selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

17. TAXES

Any taxes, duties, fees, or other governmental charges arising from acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical failures, network issues, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, or any other events beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Promotion.

19. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting winners, and fulfilling the Organizer's legal obligations.

Participants have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of their personal data, subject to applicable law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
