The Diamond by Vedran Rupic. Sweden, 2022, Short. Swedish premiere.

 

The director will be present! Screened as part of a short film program together with Josef, Miski & Bianca and Thrife – This is Sweden.  

 

Stefan is a lonely and socially struggling man who would do anything for socializing. After an unsuccessful attempt at human contact, he sees a diamond in a hole in the ground. He tries, but can not reach it. The next day, Stefan only has the diamond in mind. He sees Douglas. An unrealistically small person who is about 30-40 cm tall. Stefan gets an idea.
